RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Six (6) conditions for returns and exchanges,

The product must not have been used, the label has not been removed and it must not have lost its resaleability feature.

 

Returns cannot be accepted for special production orders, products purchased during the discount period, and special days campaigns (New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).

 

We do not offer free return service except for defective products. Please note that you are responsible for shipping until the returned items reach us.

 

The product must be delivered to So Produksiyo, Nispetiye mah. It should be sent to the municipality site 15AA Etiler/Istanbul address.

 

The fee of the shipments made with the cargo companies belongs to the sender. Counterpaid submissions will not be accepted. In case the products delivered to us are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

 

On the day the product is delivered to the cargo, your reason for return/change and your request should be sent to the address siladenizkorkmaz@gmail.com.

Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange procedure

You can change all your orders except special orders within 5 (five) working days. For the products you want to return, after the conformity of the products you send to the above conditions is approved, you will be given the right to shop for the amount you paid. You can use this right at limonettedesign.shop without time limit.

 

Return procedure

Our customers, who prefer money back instead of shopping right, are refunded to their credit cards with which they have shopped, within the framework of the return conditions of their banks and the installment option. It may take an average of two to three weeks for the refund made to your credit card to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank's processes and practices. This process is the specific application of each bank and Limonettedesign.shop has no right to intervene in this process. You can follow the reflection process of your refund on your credit card statement from your bank. For orders with bank transfer payment, a transfer/eft will be made to your account within 10 working days after you send us your bank account number by e-mail. Shipping / courier / payment at the door fees are not refundable. Products purchased during the discount period are not refundable.

 

Important note

Since the return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed or damaged due to use in any way is not accepted, when your order is delivered, you should open your package and check the product in company with the cargo officer. It is especially important to do this with crushed, torn, opened or wet packages. In an unexpected situation, if you encounter a problem product, you must not take delivery of the package, but keep a record with the cargo officer and ensure that it is returned to us by the cargo company.
